Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request:

  • We will delete or permanently anonymise your personal information within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
  • Backup copies containing your information are automatically removed during our regular backup cycle and permanently deleted within 90 days.

Once deleted, your personal information cannot be recovered except where retention is required by law.
